My name is Michael Rashfal and I have a legal practice with extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of
real estate law, trusts and estates and immigration law.
My career began while in law school, working at Becker & Poliakoff, one of the largest law firms in Florida.
There, I worked in the areas of international trade and immigration law. I also assisted in the preparation of a
condominium law textbook. I have worked at various firms throughout the Atlanta area as well, gaining
practical experience in the areas of immigration law, securities law, real estate law and trusts and estates. I
have conducted numerous real estate transactions, having worked closely with lenders, brokers, buyers and
sellers.
Growing up in a Russian household, bilingual in Russian and English and having dealt extensively with
Eastern European clients, I have a significant international focus.
I am licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and am a member of the Sandy Springs Bar Association and the American
Immigration Lawyers Association.
I graduated from Emory University with a degree in Economics. While there, I was indoctrinated into
Omicron Delta Epsilon, the prestigious international honor society in Economics. I also worked at A.G.
Edwards and at the National Economics Council as a White House intern during the Clinton administration.
After graduating from college, I went on to law school and graduated from the University of
Miami School of Law.
I am a native of Atlanta. When not on the clock, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter.
